Public Offer Agreement

1. General Provisions

This agreement is a public offer in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and contains all essential conditions for the provision of international transportation services and related services (hereinafter — Services).

Acceptance of the offer is the placement of an order on the company's website or signing the contract in written form.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Contractor undertakes to provide the Customer with the following services:

• Organization of international cargo transportation
• Customs clearance of cargo
• Product certification
• Verification of suppliers and factories
• Purchase of goods from Chinese platforms
• Warehouse processing and cargo consolidation

3. Service Procedure

3.1. To order Services, the Customer submits a request on the website or contacts the Company's manager.

3.2. The Contractor reviews the request within 1 business day and provides a commercial offer.

3.3. After agreeing on terms and cost, the Parties proceed to fulfill the agreement.

3.4. The Contractor undertakes to provide Services with quality and within the timeframe specified in the request.

4. Cost and Payment Procedure

4.1. The cost of Services is determined individually for each order and is specified in the request/contract.

4.2. Payment is made in Russian rubles by transferring funds to the Contractor's account.

4.3. Payment procedure:

• Prepayment — from 50% to 100% of the service cost
• Final settlement — after service provision

5. Liability of the Parties

5.1. The Contractor is responsible for the safety of the cargo from the moment of acceptance until transfer to the Customer.

5.2. The Contractor is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure circumstances.

5.3. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of provided documents and information about the cargo.

6. Confidentiality

The Parties undertake to maintain the confidentiality of commercial information obtained during the execution of the agreement.

7. Term and Termination

7.1. The agreement enters into force from the moment of offer acceptance and remains in effect until full performance of obligations.

7.2. Either Party may terminate the agreement unilaterally with 10 days' notice.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiations.

8.2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is submitted to the arbitration court at the Contractor's location.

10.1. The Contractor reserves the right to make changes to this offer.
